DraftKings NBA Shooting Guards:

Best Bets:

James Harden ($12,000): Harden is always the kind of guy that can break the slate. The blowout potential is daunting. So is the fact that Harden needs 60 DraftKings points to even get 5x value. Like I said earlier though, it’s not about that kind of value. It’s about relative value. Giannis has by far the highest ceiling of anyone and both stars are in potential blowouts. And Giannis is $200 cheaper.

Honorable Mention:

Devonte Graham ($6,500): Graham continues to be a revelation for Charlotte. Paired with Rozier, the Charlotte guards are at last fun to watch. Graham’s floor is still in the mid to high 20’s, so I have no issues using him. Milwaukee hasn’t defended the perimeter well with Brogdon gone.

Jeremy Lamb ($6,100): Lamb played 40 minutes last night and still only hit 26.25 DraftKings points. On a night like last night, that was enough of a stone to sink your lineup. I know from experience. Tonight it wont be. It will be disappointing, but slates like this are all about dodging horrible lines. That’s not horrible. I have high hopes against Philly, who likely wont be at full strength, but I had high hopes for last night too.

Dark Horses:

Donte DiVincenzo ($4,400): DiVincenzo played himself into big minutes while Middleton was out, and considering the Bucks are on night two of a back to back, I can see someone resting. Add to that the fact that Brown is out, and DiVincenzo should see good run no matter what. The trick is him hitting decent numbers. It doesn’t always happen despite the minutes.

Ben McLemore ($3,500): The Rockets have already said that Benny Mac will start if House is out. That seems likely since House is doubtful. McLemore has done well when given good minutes this year. He’s a great bargain for the price, which is exactly what we need on this slate.
