Scrubs

Dillon Brooks (vs MIL – $5,100 on DK; $5,000 on FD): It’s a tough matchup for the Grizzlies as the Bucks are the best team in the league, but they’ll score some points and with Morant out of the lineup, Brooks might be their best perimeter scorer on the floor. And he has a high ceiling and his salary isn’t outrageous. He will get you value if nothing else but the circumstances benefit in a big way.

Richaun Holmes (vs NY – $5,600 on DK; $7,500 on FD): Holmes has remained consistent and now he goes up against the Knicks. The return of Marvin Bagley does hurt him but right now Bagley is coming off the bench and looks to be on a minutes restriction. And Bagley’s salary is too high given those red flags. Holmes is the better value option. You can rarely wrong going up against the Knicks.

TJ Warren (at ATL – $5,000 on DK; $5,400 on FD): Warren is inconsistent but the Hawks are brutal and Warren certainly has the scoring chops to chip in. He’s at a good salary and certainly shouldn’t hurt you. But given the opponent and the pace the Hawks are going to play at, Warren will do his fair share of scoring in this game. He’s a reliable option with a high ceiling and the right matchup.

JJ Redick (at PHI – $4,900 on DK; $4,000 on FD): Redick goes up against his old squad. It’s not a revenge game, but the Sixers are on a back to back, which should help Redick and the Pelicans despite the Sixers overall strong defense. Redick runs hot and cold but given the circumstances (former team on a back to back), he’s worth taking because when he’s hot, he’s can’t miss.

Joe Ingles (vs GS – $5,800 on DK; $5,500 on FD): Ingles has found his shooting stroke over the last handful of games and that’s a good sign for his value. He’s still fighting a bit for shots with Bogdanovic, which is the concern. The matchup is great because it’s the Warriors and they offer very little on defense.
