DraftKings EuroLeague Forwards:

Nikola Mirotic is really expensive and it will be hard to roster both he and Shved. This is on the heels of Mirotic’s worst game of the season. Most of that was the blowout nature of the game. Still, even given that, I would rather put two guards in there than use Mirotic today.

The Munich front has been cooking lately with Greg Monroe and Vladimir Lucic having big games last game. I don’t trust them against Barcelona though. At least not Monroe. I want some consistency first.

As good as the Munich front has been, Berlin has been even better and they have a much better matchup. Both Sikma and Giedraitis have three straight games of more than 30 DraftKings points and two of those were against tough frontcourt.

NIkola Milutinov turned in a strong game against Khimki despite playing just 22 minutes. I would like to see him playing more minutes again first before using him, especially with all of the great options in front of him.

Booker’s shot left him a little bit last week, but he still put up a good line against a tough opponent. This is another tougher one against Zalgiris. I guess I don’t see a lot of sense in taking a chance on Booker when stacking the Berlin front isn’t much more expensive.

Vladimir Lucic may be the safer option at the top, but I still don’t know if I trust him. The matchup is good enough, and it seems like Lucic handles the teams he should up front. I’m leaning towards Lucic, but there is no slam dunk at the top today.

Jonas Jerebko has filled the void of Clyburn pretty well. He isn’t the defender or rebounder of Clyburn, but Jerebko is sufficient and he is a good scorer. He has at least four games of 22 or more DraftKings points. Jerebko seems to perform no matter the matchup.

How is a bench player so consistent no matter the matchup? Niels Giffey has at least 20 DraftKings points in three straight. Two of those were against the tough fronts of Zalgiris and Fenerbahce. I’d still trust Giffey to at least come close to 20 against Munich. However, this middle tier is stacked and Jock Landale is more consistent.

Earlier in the week I opined that I wanted more from Danilo Barthel. He proceeds to put up his best game of the season. We need value somewhere and Barthel seems like a strong place to get it. David Lighty and Landry Nnoko are strong picks as well.

The injury to Clyburn has opened up many minutes up front for other CSKA players. Joel Bolomboy is one of the guys who has really taken advantage. He has put up strong stats even in limited minutes. He is one of the better values out there today. Earlier this week, he put up 26 DraftKings points in just 16 minutes!
