DraftKings EuroLeague Guards:

You can throw Shane Larkin into the Alexey Shved or Mike James argument at the top. James has recovered after a slow start, and put up his best line of the season on Wednesday. So did Shved in the overtime loss. We can nix Larkin from this conversation. After his one big game, he has cooled off enough to unequivocally say the other two are better.

Shved has the much better matchup again today, but he is also $1,300 more than James this time. That’s a huge jump in price and huge difference. James may be safer, but I’m going to try to run both together at least once.

Billy Baron didn’t even get a stat boost with Brown out. With Brown’s status uncertain, I think I’m just leaving this whole thing alone. This is not an easy matchup anyway. Thomas Walkup has a better matchup, but he is inconsistent. There are a lot of pitfalls in the middle. The only sure thing is Malcolm Delaney.

The price on Strelneiks is too high for me right now. Maodo Lo is safer with more upside. The biggest upside is with Vassilis Spanoulis. He is underpriced for what he is doing right now. The return of Dedovic ruined Siva. I want no part of either of them.

The recent slump of Larkin has opened things up for Krunoslav Simon. He has had two big rounds in a row, but his price really hasn’t moved.

There should be value in the Zalgiris backcourt with Grigonis and Jokubaitis out, but Walkup is wildly inconsistent. Lukas Lekavicius and Arturas Milaknis aren’t much better. K.J. Rivers is cheaper than the rest, so seems to be the safer value pick.
