Scrubs

Steven Adams (at CHA – $6,200 on DK; $6,400 on FD): The Hornets are better against guards than you might imagine but they are not good against frontcourt players. And Adams can be a dominant frontcourt player. Look for him to be utilized early and often in this one as he works his way to a double-double and then some.

Damion Lee (vs PHO – $5,900 on DK; $5,800 on FD): Lee is coming off an outstanding Christmas day performance and hopefully that’s going to spark another big game here. He was playing very good since moving to the starting lineup and this is a great matchup for him. I’m confident he will keep the hot streak up.

Goran Dragic (vs IND – $5,300 on DK; $5,100 on FD): The Pacers are weak against the position and Dragic has been playing consistent basketball. The issue is that he still splits some time and opportunities with Nunn, who has big scoring potential. But I’m going with the more reliable hand, who also has a high ceiling, in this one.

Brook Lopez (at ATL – $5,200 on DK; $4,900 on FD): The Hawks are weak against the position, though the return of Collins will help them improve in that position. Lopez never lacks for opportunities and gets plenty of minutes. The risk is that it’s a blowout and Lopez doesn’t provide the big game. But he’s definitely not going to hurt you.

Markelle Fultz (vs PHI – $5,000 on DK; $5,200 on FD): Markelle Fultz revenge game on deck. There are some red flags in this game. Mainly that the Sixers are fantastic against the position and are coming off their best performance of the season. But that could also lead to a letdown and I just trust Fultz to have revenge in mind.
