DraftKings NBA Shooting Guards:

Best Bets:

Brad Beal ($8,500): If Beal is healthy, I’m interested. He blasted the Celtics in the first game, putting up an impressive 62.75 DraftKings points in 39 minutes. The chances of that happening again are practically nil, especially if Beal isn’t quite 100%. If Beal is out, I have some interest in Jordan McRae. I have none at all if Beal is active.

Donovan Mitchell ($8,100): Mitchell blew up on the Pelicans for 54.75 DraftKings points in the first meeting. He is certainly capable of putting up those kinds of numbers again. He struggled against the Bulls and Pistons, but Mitchell did well against the Magic. The price is low enough and with a ceiling in the high 50’s, Mitchell is worth a look here.

Zach LaVine ($7,700): LaVine Takes such a high number of shots that he has a pretty high floor unless he goes absolutely cold from the field. Still, LaVine is likely worth the risk. He is the offense for the Bulls right now, and he has only been under 5x value at this price once in the last month. That’s another sure thing despite the tougher matchup.

Honorable Mention:

Buddy Hield ($7,200): The volume on Hield has always been there, and the cold spell finally seems to be over. Hield has at least 35 DraftKings points in five straight games. The Warriors aren’t a good defensive team with all of the stars sidelined and they’ll be even worse with Draymond out. This should be another strong game for Hield.

Terry Rozier ($6,700): Rozier has been outstanding the last two games, putting up 96.5 DraftKings points. We saw Rozier and Graham put up big numbers at the same time earlier this year, but not against Indiana. Rozier wasn’t close to value for this price in either game. There’s risk involved, but he has been so clutch lately that I don’t mind using him.

Alec Burks ($6,500): Burks put up big numbers coming off the bench on Saturday. It doesn’t matter if he starts or not. Burks is going to produce without Russell on the court. His price if still very reasonable considering he has topped 45 DraftKings points twice in the last three games with Russell out.

Dark Horses:

Josh Richardson ($5,600): Richardson was a complete dud against Houston because of a cold stretch from the floor. That can certainly happen at any time. I did like to see the good assist numbers, but with J-Rich playing 40 minutes a game, we definitely want more. It could happen tonight. Richardson put up 36.25 DraftKings points in the first meeting with the Thunder.

Terrence Ross ($4,700): I don’t much care what the price on Ross is here. He’s too low since Ross is getting more run with Isaac out. Ross has 83.25 DraftKings points in the almost three games since Isaac went down. He is a pure shooter with a clean path to minutes. What’s not to like?

Kyle Korver ($3,300): Most of the Milwaukee value is a crapshoot, but Korver isn’t one of those. He has at least 15 DraftKings points in six straight games, but has only broken 20 once and that was just barely. Korver likely wont hurt you as a value play, but he has almost no upside at this point in his career.
