DraftKings NBA Small Forwards:

Best Bets:

Kawhi Leonard ($10,000): This is a great matchup for Kawhi and PG is out. The problem is that this game could be over quickly and the Clippers will take every chance they can to limit the minutes on Kawhi if they can. Will he top 50 DraftKings points before finding the bench? With George out, probably, but I still want more upside. That’s not happening tonight.

Kelly Oubre ($7,900): Oubre put up 47.25 DraftKings points on the Hawks in the first meeting this year. The floor is pretty high for Oubre right now. He has managed to fend off Johnson and Bridges, not to mention Saric, to play huge minutes every night. I like Oubre more if Rubio is out, but even if Rubio plays, he’s still a strong enough play.

Honorable Mention:

Khris Middleton ($7,400): The Bucks haven’t been pushing Giannis or Middleton too much lately. That caps Giannis a little bit but it actually seems to be helping Middleton since he is seeing more minutes on the court without Giannis. Middleton has at least 40 DraftKings points in three straight and has put up 76.75 DraftKings points in just 41 minutes against the Knicks this year over two games. Middleton seems to be well worth the price.

Dillon Brooks ($5,400): The bottom fell out on Brooks on Sunday with a dreadful 9.5 DraftKings points in a foul-plagued game against the Warriors. Under normal circumstances, I would probably wait and see with Brooks, but a game against Houston isn’t normal. Brooks put up 33.75 DraftKings points in the first game against the Rockets. I would think he’s much closer to that mark than the lineup killing dud on Sunday.

Dark Horses:

Tim Hardaway Jr. ($4,900): He goes back to the city where his father had his most success in the league. THJ hasn’t done so bad against the Warriors himself this year. He has 56.5 DraftKings points in only 45 minutes over two games. THJ is starting now, so he is clearing 30 minutes game. More production should come with that, but we know all too well not to trust THJ.

Eric Gordon ($4,800): Gordon will start in place of Westbrook, so he will be on most radars. That said, Gordon is just 14-44 from the floor in the month of January. He’s an aggravating guy to play because Gordon does almost nothing besides score. If his shot isn’t falling, Gordon is a giant hole in your lineup.
