Carolina Panthers. Derrick Brown. 7. player. 87. . Defensive Tackle

The Carolina Panthers have found their head coach, as they went into the college ranks and pulled out one of the best of the bunch. Matt Rhule will take over in 2020 as the main man on the sidelines, and it will be interesting to see what he brings to  the table in his first season as a head coach at the NFL level.

Of course, Rhule has a history of rebuilding programs, and for the Panthers, they need a breath of fresh air entering 2020. His first order of business will be figuring out what to do with Cam Newton, who missed most of the 2019 campaign due to injury, and just has not been the same player since nearly winning the MVP award a few years back.

Heading into the draft,  the Panthers need to stack talent, and they could get the best defensive tackle in the draft class at No. 7 overall. Derrick Brown is going to be an absolute menace at the NFL level, and after bringing in a solid edge rusher last year in Brian Burns, this pick would solidify the interior of their defensive line.

Jerry Jeudy. 8. player. 32. . Wide Receiver. Arizona Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals rolled the dice with their first-overall pick in the 2019 draft, selecting Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray. The knock on Murray heading into the draft was not his talent, as he took home the Heisman Trophy in his only season as the starter in Oklahoma, but his size, which he proved to not be an issue as a rookie.

The Murray-led Cardinals may not have won a ton of games, but he proved he can play at the NFL level, and now the team needs to go out and get him more weapons. One player they could  target in the first round in 2020 is Jerry Jeudy from Alabama, who many consider to be the best wide receiver in the draft class.

Larry Fitzgerald is going to be a free agent this offseason, and there is still no word as to whether or not he will be back in 2020. Even if Fitz does come back, the Cardinals would be wise to add Jeudy, as he could learn from the future Hall of Famer, and give Murray the kind of deep threat that will only help him in his development.
