DraftKings NBA Point Guards:

Best Bets:

Luka Doncic ($12,300): Who are you to say he isn’t worth the price? Luka has 124 DraftKings points in two games against Portland so far this year. They aren’t slowing him down anytime soon. The only thing that might is if this game turns into a blowout, but I don’t really think that happens. Luka should be the top play of the night.

Damian Lillard ($9,900): Forget about that red 1 beside Lillard’s name. He has 98 DraftKings points in the two games against Dallas. That’s 5x value, which could be enough for cash tonight. Sure, the matchup is a little daunting, but if CJ is out again, Lillard should break 50 DraftKings points with ease. He’ll be close anyway.

Honorable Mention:

Kyrie Irving ($8,400): I’m not crazy about this matchup, but Kyrie’s price is reasonable enough for what he has done since his return. The problem with Irving is that his shot has been off the last two games. In his first two games back, Irving went 22-30 from the floor. He is just 12-36 since. Good luck improving on that against the Lakers.

Darius Garland ($5,500): Garland put up 30 DraftKings points on Washington the first time around. Even Sexton can’t say that. This looks like a place where Garland will be the more successful of the two. Sexton has taken some of his value away, but Garland is still solid for the price. He has scored in double digits in 13 straight games. That’s a nice floor.

Dark Horses:

Rajon Rondo ($3,700): Rondo isn’t safe by any means, but at this price, he’s at least worth looking at. Rondo has at least 5x value at this price in five straight games. We can do worse when scraping the bottom of the barrel looking for value.

Isaiah Thomas ($3,400): The leash is short for both Thomas and Ish. Last night was the first time in three weeks that Thomas outdid Ish production-wise. Still, Thomas starts and gets enough minutes to make him dangerous at this price. Ish is probably the safer pick, but Thomas still has more upside. Beware that snakepit called a floor though.
