DraftKings NBA Shooting Guards:

Best Bets:

James Harden ($12,100): The Westbrook rest schedule works nicely here. Not only does Harden get a great matchup as opposed to the worst in the Lakers, but is price isn’t up that much. Houston isn’t going to blow out the Suns, so I could see Harden rivaling Lillard for the highest DraftKings point total of the season here. Harden is going to command high ownership, but this is a very dangerous fade.

Devin Booker ($7,900): Booker has 87.5 DraftKings points in two games against the Rockets this year. The Suns are suffering a rash of injures of late. It looks like Oubre will be back, so Booker may see more open looks. Teams have keyed on Booker without much else to worry about. The return of Oubre and the “defense” of Harden can only help.

Honorable Mention:

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander ($7,200): The price on SGA is still really solid for the production. I don’t trust anything Detroit right now considering they gave up Drummond for a bag of pretzels and a used jock. SGA has at least 40 DraftKings points in six of the last ten games and was only under 30 once. That’s a strong floor with high upside against Detroit.

Donovan Mitchell ($6,900): Mitchell has been in a bit of a slump of late. The only team he has shot better than 50% against in the last ten days was the same Portland team that he faces tonight. The Jazz have started Conley lately, so that saps some of Mitchell’s value since he is no longer the main distributor on the floor. Still, this is a plus matchup, and the only one that Mitchell has hit value in of late.

Dillon Brooks ($5,200): Brooks is slowing down a little lately, but he’s still above 5x value. I like this a lot more with Richardson still out. Philly looked a lot less dysfunctional last night. Given that Brooks hasn’t been hot of late and Philly still being a dangerous team, I’m okay with a fade here. I will likely roll Brooks at least once just in case though.

Dark Horses:

Kendrick Nunn ($4,800): Injuries have gotten the best of Miami again to the point where they are likely going to have to start Nunn off the ball. I like this tonight. Nunn put up 41.25 DraftKings points against Sacramento in the first meeting. He’s a capable scorer and a good passer. Dragic will likely run the point and is worth a look as well. I just prefer the discount on Nunn.

Austin Rivers ($4,000): Rivers should start with Westbrook out resting. I expect Harden to have the better game, but that doesn’t mean Rivers can’t have a good game as well. The minutes should be there and this is a solid matchup against Phoenix.

Langston Galloway ($3,900): Galloway has started the last two games with Rose out, and while he hasn’t been as productive as Jackson, Galloway does have 50.75 DraftKings points in those games. That’s a strong return for this price. There’s a ton of value tonight. How much of it will come through?
