Duds

Donovan Mitchell (vs POR – $6,900 on DK; $7,100 on FD): It’s not clicking for Mitchell right now and while this is a matchup he should be able to take advantage of, it’s tough to trust him right now. The Jazz are reeling and the Blazers need every win they can get if they want to reach the 8th seed. There’s better value elsewhere.

CJ McCollum (at UTA – $6,300 on DK; $6,400 on FD): On the back to back, something has to give with the Blazers. I’m going to trust Lillard because he’s earned it. McCollum is a bit more streaky and that’s what concerns me. Truthfully, I’m not a big fan of this game overall. Too much unpredictably. Guys with high ceilings are available but also guys who will hurt you too much.

Tobias Harris (vs MEM – $6,200 on DK; $6,200 on FD): It’s a back to back for the Sixers and though Harris played well against the Bucks, his inconsistency is an issue and I just don’t like the vibe around the team right now. Meanwhile, the Grizzlies are going to play with a ton of energy coming off the deadline. The Sixers are at home, where they’ve been great, but there are red flags in this one.

Victor Oladipo (vs TOR – $4,900 on DK; $5,100 on FD): Oladipo is still struggling with his shot and until he shows some consistency with it, it’s tough to trust him. The matchup remains tough, though the Pacers should have won the other night. There’s better value elsewhere on the Pacers who arent struggling quite as much in this moment.

Chris Paul (vs DET – $7,100 on DK; $7,100 on FD): Chris Paul is steady, but in these matchups against weaker teams, he usually hangs back until the fourth quarter before deciding to get aggressive. And if that’s going to be the case here, there isn’t a ton of value at the price. SGA is a better bet at a slightly higher price and Schroder is a better option as well.
