Philadelphia Eagles

Philadelphia’s 2019 season was substantially hindered by a plethora of injuries at wideout, and acquiring more playmakers for Carson Wentz is a high priority for the Eagles.

Hopkins would undoubtedly be happy with the destination were he to be traded to Philadelphia. He would be joining a genuine contender and his presence in the offense would put the Eagles among the favorites in the NFC.

Like Buffalo, the problem is the compensation. The Eagles pick just one spot above Buffalo and will likely need to part with more than just their first-rounder to secure Hopkins’ services.

The Eagles’ needs at linebacker and cornerback may make them think twice about doing so. However, Philadelphia striking a deal for Hopkins would be a landscape-altering move in a hyper-competitive conference.
