Third Round

OT. player. 814. Pick Analysis. Georgia. Isaiah Wilson. 77. Scouting Report

Georgia’s Isaiah Wilson is a large man at 6-foot-6 and 350 pounds. He uses that size well though, and is extremely agile. He showed consistent improvement both season to season and game to game.

Wilson may need time to develop as a zone blocker in the NFL, but the Broncos could use him as a swing tackle or a player to come in on jumbo sets in 2020. Eventually though, he projects as a starter in the league and could find himself protecting Lock for years to come.

Pick Analysis. Florida State. 83. 804. Cam Akers. player. Scouting Report. RB

Phillip Lindsay and Melvin Gordon are the top dogs in Denver, with Royce Freeman behind them. The Broncos may seek an upgrade over Freeman though, and Cam Akers is a player that could be in their sites. He’s a physical and strong back that could make his mark as a third-down bruiser, although he can break a play open too.

Akers led FSU with 1,144 rushing yards on 231 carries and 14 touchdowns. He was also a capable pass catcher with 30 receptions for 225 yards and four scores. This was all with a sub-par offensive line in front of him too.

Pick Analysis. WR. Ohio State. player. 812. Scouting Report. K.J. Hill. 95

Within the top 100 picks of the draft, the Broncos may have two top-tier wide receivers. After taking CeeDee Lamb in the first round, K.J. Hill could be a mid-round target.

After staying in college for his senior season, Hill set the Buckeye’s single-season record for receptions with 57. He is a dependable player that also has punt return skills, which would help him secure a spot on the Broncos NFL roster.
