3. Quincy Enunwa will catch 80 passes

Enunwa only played in one game last season due to a neck injury. Assuming he comes back healthy in 2020, he should be in line for a ton of targets. After all, someone has to catch passes for this team.

This prediction should hold true even if the Jets snag a top-rated receiver in Round 1 of the NFL Draft. This team is going to face a lot of deficits. Expect Enunwa to rack up a bunch of catches and yards in garbage time.

He’s not the biggest or fastest receiver in the league, but he’s a healthy combination of both. More importantly, he’s a reliable route runner who has already built a healthy rapport with Darnold. That should allow him to hit the ground running when the 2020 season finally kicks off.

None of this production should change Enunwa’s status as an average NFL wide receiver. It will, however, power him to be a productive fantasy player next year. That’s the only sort of meaningful football the Jets are going to win next year.
