1. Vs. Baltimore Ravens

There may not be a nastier rivalry in the NFL than the one between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens. Any time these two teams play it turns into a physical brawl, creating an entertaining piece of theater in which the winner emerges with their fair share of bumps and bruises.

The rivalry has been in Baltimore’s favor of late with the Ravens winning three of their last four meetings against the Steelers. Ravens’ quarterback Lamar Jackson helped Baltimore score a huge road win at Pittsburgh last season, toppling the Steelers 26-23 in overtime to really begin the team’s run to the top of the AFC North.

The two squads met again in Week 17 with Pittsburgh needing a win to stay alive in the wild card hunt and the Ravens having nothing to play for after securing home-field advantage the week before. Baltimore’s backups still decimated the Steelers, winning 28-10 to officially knock Pittsburgh out of the playoffs.

At this point, the AFC North is Baltimore’s to lose, so Pittsburgh needs to find a way to top their bitter rivals to stake a claim to the division. The Steelers have had particular difficulty at home with Baltimore, dropping four of their last six meetings against the Ravens at Heinz Field.

It is clearly obvious that the Steelers’ most important games in 2020 are the two matchups with the Ravens. One of these two teams is likely to win the AFC North and how the contests go will play a huge role in determining the division champion.
