Jacksonville Jaguars NFL Draft grades: C.J. Henderson leads strong class

Third Round
DaVon Hamilton is a massive defensive lineman at 6-foot-4 and 327 pounds who is more about pro projection than college production. Hamilton didn’t start at Ohio State until his senior season and, as such, he’s still learning the nuances of the position. Because of this, he’s bound to be a rotational lineman at most for the first year or maybe more.
That said, Hamilton is already stout against the run and has shown flashes of being disruptive in the backfield. He handles blocks well and is a boulder in the middle. If he can take to some coaching and enhance his skill set as a pass rusher, Hamilton has some real potential to break through and be the sort of player along the interior needed to restock the cupboard.
