3. The road remains a tough place for Big Blue

The Giants won two games on the road last season. One in Tampa and another one down in Washington D.C. This season expect the same. If not a little bit better.

At home, the opponents the Giants are scheduled to play will be tough. Of course, you have divisional opponents like the Cowboys and Eagles, but they also play the Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, reigning NFC champion San Francisco 49ers and new-look Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Yeah, the home cooking won’t be too friendly in 2020. However, the team will have the chance to win some ballgames on the road, and they will.

When you look at it on paper, the Giants could beat the Redskins, Cincinnati Bengals and Chicago Bears. The Los Angeles Rams are also another possible road win.

No, they won’t win all of those games. But those are the five games the Giants can win at least two or three from, and that is saying a lot for a team that may win five or six games all season.

Winning two or three games on the road would be big for a team that is trying to change the culture. At home, it is hard to imagine the Giants winning more than maybe twice.
