51. . . . Jared Goff. 18. player

The Los Angeles Rams made it all the way to the Super Bowl two seasons ago led by a dynamic young head coach in Sean McVay, and his talented quarterback Jared Goff. After going 0-7 in his seven starts as a rookie, Goff flourished under McVay, going 24-7 over the next two seasons before struggling with turnovers last season.

Goff is fully entrenched as the starter in Los Angeles, who appear to be in a bit of a rebuilding mode after making a serious run at a Super Bowl title. If he can cut down on the interceptions, he will be fine, and he is still only 25-years old.

60. . . . Kirk Cousins. 17. player

Kirk Cousins finally got the monkey off of his back last season, leading the Minnesota Vikings to a road playoff win against the New Orleans Saints in the Wild Card round. Cousins led the Vikings to a 10-5 record as the starter last season, throwing for 26 touchdowns against only six interceptions, as the Vikings made it all the way to the Divisional Round.

In 2020, Cousins is going to be expected to lead this team to the next level, as they have the talent on both sides of the ball to be a contender next season. Winning his first playoff game was huge for Cousins last year, and he continues to be a solid starter at the NFL level.

16. player. 42. . . . Jimmy Garoppolo

If there is one word you could use to describe Jimmy Garoppolo it would be a winner, as he has gone 21-5 as a starter between the New England Patriots and San Francisco 49ers. Last season, Jimmy G led the 49ers to the Super Bowl, but during their playoff run, they really took the ball out of his hands.

We will see if the 49ers go back to trusting him to make plays with his arm next season, as he certainly has the talent to do so. San Francisco will be a premier team in the NFC in 2020, so expect Garoppolo to continue to do what he does best, and that is win.
