player. 28. . . . Derek Carr. 12

For the past two offseasons, rumors have swirled that the Las Vegas Raiders would be moving on from quarterback Derek Carr, and for two straight offseasons, it did not happen. The bottom line is, Carr is a very dependable quarterback who is coming off two straight seasons with over 4,000 yards passing.

Last season, Carr finished second to only Drew Brees in completion percentage, as he completed 70 percent of his passes. This offseason, the Raiders brought in more weapons for him, including speedster Henry Ruggs III, the No. 12 overall pick in round one, who brings a new dimension to this offense.

. . . Carson Wentz. 11. player. 54

If Carson Wentz never got injured, he would be in the top-10, but the fact that he has missed time over the last two seasons due to injury lands him at No. 11. Last year, he led his team to the playoffs, winning the NFC East, but a concussion in the Wild Card round ended not only his season, but the Eagles season as well.

In terms of talent, Wentz is one of the best in the game, as he is able to fit the ball into tight windows, and puts up good numbers despite a lack of talent at wide receiver. The Eagles figure to be in the mix for the NFC East crown again in 2020, and Wentz, if healthy, should be one of the top quarterbacks in the league.

Ben Roethlisberger. 10. player. 55. . .

While Ben Roethlisberger is getting up there in age, there is still no question that when he is healthy, he is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. Last season, Big Ben appeared in only the first two games of the season, as an elbow injury ended his year early with the Steelers sitting at 0-2.

In 2018, Roethlisberger set a career-high with 34 touchdown passes, and there is no reason why he cannot return to that form in 2020. The year off actually may end up helping the aging Pro Bowler, as he recently stated that he is throwing without pain for the first time in years, which could be bad news for the rest of the AFC.
