Las Vegas Raiders trade target: Odell Beckham Jr.

Derek Carr needs to have a career year. The only way he can do that is if he has an elite wide receiver at his disposal. They tried Antonio Brown in 2019, unfortunately for the Raiders he was no longer on the team when it was time for the season opener.

If the Raiders could pull off a trade to bring in Odell Beckham Jr., they would have their guy who could transform their average offense to an elite powerhouse in 2020.

Beckham Jr. would open up this entire offense. Not only would the Raiders have a deep threat and red zone target in Beckham Jr., he would unleash their other options. The coverages Beckham Jr. would draw would open up things for their other receivers.

And the Raiders are loaded. They have Darren Waller at tight end and Jason Witten behind him. At wide receiver, Tyrell Williams and rookie Henry Ruggs III, who clocked at 4.27 seconds on his 40-Yard Dash at the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine.

Williams would be an ideal second option and Ruggs III not only can be a deep threat, but a target in the slot who could cash in on yards after catch.

The addition of Beckham Jr. gives this offense the potential to be an elite offense in 2020. With these weapons, there would be no excuse for Carr or the Raiders to not have a breakout year in 2020.
