9. Minnesota Vikings

Fittingly the two NFL teams that use purple as their primary color are inside the top ten of our uniform power rankings. The Minnesota Vikings use a brighter shade of purple than the Ravens and also opted to go with yellow as the primary accent color. The blend works perfectly as the Vikings have demonstrated that men can pull off purple.

8. Dallas Cowboys

One of the most recognizable color schemes in the NFL belongs to America’s Team. The Dallas Cowboys combinations of blues, silvers and white go along with the iconic star helmets as classic football staples. The use of the team’s mid-90s uniforms as throwbacks often worn on Thanksgiving also enhances the look.

7. San Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers have a very simple red and gold base that they use to perfection. There’s no random black alternate messing things up as the red jersey with gold pants look is one that is predominantly associated with the team’s Super Bowl dynasty in the 1980s. The pop of the red and shine of the gold does a lot for the 49ers.
