The high-flying Kansas City Chiefs offense is arguably the most fun team to watch in the league. Constantly throwing it deep and taking the top off the defenses. All of their players are highly sought after in fantasy because of their success.

So, then how will we find a breakout player or someone that is being slept on?

Simple. Look no further than Clyde Edwards-Helaire.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire (currently ranked as: RB20): It’s no secret that the Chiefs love Clyde. It is also no secret that fantasy managers expect big things out of him in his rookie season, as seen by his ranking. But, I still feel there’s tons of value here.

Clyde is a perfect fit for this offense. He’s elusive and powerful. He’s an excellent pass catcher. There’s a reason the Chiefs spent a first round pick on him, and it’s not so they can sit him on the bench. He’s going to be on the field the majority of the time, and with that, comes plenty of chances to get in the end-zone.

I don’t see Damian Williams stealing much playing time, despite his playoff success. With the Chiefs, the most talented and skilled player plays, and in this scenario, Edwards-Helaire is far better than Williams, even as a rookie.

Next season, we will be talking about Edwards-Helaire as a RB1 and borderline top 5 fantasy running back. This will be the only year he isn’t taken high in drafts, better make the most of it while you can.

Last but not least, the Oakland…..wait……Las Vegas (???)….Raiders.
