Green Bay Packers: OT Bryan Bulaga (2010 1st Round, No. 23)

Landing a 10-year starter at offensive tackle is a big win and that is what the Green Bay Packers accomplished in the 2010 draft. Bryan Bulaga helped protect Aaron Rodgers for a decade but injuries did take a toll on his career. The Packers let Bulaga walk in free agency this year and he will continue his career with the Los Angeles Chargers.

Houston Texans: DE J.J. Watt (2011 1st Round, No. 11)

This choice was a no-brainer as J.J. Watt has become one of the most dominant defensive linemen in the history of football. Watt, a three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, has already reached five Pro Bowls and made five All-Pro teams. The fact that Watt was excluded from the NFL’s 100th-Anniversary Team was a travesty.

Indianapolis Colts: QB Andrew Luck (2012 1st Round, No. 1)

Perhaps the most hyped quarterback prospect of the decade, Andrew Luck lived up to the hype. The Indianapolis Colts seamlessly transitioned from Peyton Manning to Luck in 2012 and he instantly became one of football’s top quarterbacks. Luck retired prior to the 2019 season in a shocking move and his Hall-of-Fame candidacy will be a fascinating case study.
