Jacksonville Jaguars: CB Jalen Ramsey (2016 1st Round, No. 5)

This is another franchise that hasn’t drafted very well over the past decade, but the Jacksonville Jaguars did find a star in Jalen Ramsey.

The No. 5 overall pick in 2016, Ramsey quickly turned into one of the game’s true shutdown corners. Salary cap issues prevented the Jaguars from giving Ramsey a new contract, resulting in a trade to the Los Angeles Rams that netted Jacksonville a pair of first-round picks.

Kansas City Chiefs: QB Patrick Mahomes (2017 1st Round, No. 10)

There is no discussion here as Patrick Mahomes has a chance to be the best draft pick the Chiefs have ever made. Mahomes has turned into one of the best quarterbacks in football, winning an MVP award in 2018 and helped Kansas City snap a 50-year title drought last season. The sky is the limit for Mahomes going forward.

Las Vegas Raiders: Khalil Mack (2014 1st Round, No. 5)

Finding a dominant pass-rusher isn’t easy and the Oakland Raiders did that with Khalil Mack. The Raiders watched Mack turn into a player who terrorized opposing quarterbacks over his four seasons in Oakland. A contract dispute led the Raiders to trade Mack to the Chicago Bears, a move that has left the franchise searching aimlessly for his replacement.
