Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Ali Marpet – Ali Marpet has worked out just as planned for the Bucs. Five years ago, Tampa Bay selected Marpet in the second round to secure the interior and he’s provided good-to-great blocking for Jameis Winston at both center and guard during that time. Now that the spotlight is bright with Tom Brady under center, Marpet is likely to get his due for the first time in his career.

Tennessee Titans

Kevin Byard – Why Kevin Byard isn’t regularly cited in conversations about the NFL’s top safeties is beyond us. The Titans defensive back has proven himself to be a ballhawk for the last three years (17 INTs) and a rock of a performer who hasn’t missed a single game in his career. Yet somehow he’s only been named to a single Pro Bowl and All-Pro team (2017). In a larger market, he’s a fan favorite.

Washington Redskins

Jonathan Allen – The Redskins front seven is so much better than most people realize and that’s because players like Jonathan Allen are quietly putting together such impressive performances despite the lack of recognition. Last year, Allen had 68 tackles and 6 sacks and another 10 QB hits. The addition of Chase Young to this group will put them over the top in the NFC East.
