3 teams that should trade for Yannick Ngakoue after he didn’t show up to Jags camp

The Cleveland Browns already have their premier pass rusher in Myles Garrett, the former 2017 first-overall pick who just signed a massive $125 million contract extension. But what’s been evident the past year was Cleveland’s desire to add a stud defensive end to pair alongside Garrett.
Former Browns general manager John Dorsey traded solid offensive guard Kevin Zeitler to the New York Giants for the oft-injured Olivier Vernon. Shockingly, Vernon didn’t make an impact in Cleveland due to said injury issues.
Despite that flop of a trade, new general manager Andrew Berry seems dead-set on building a contender in Cleveland. Reports indicated that the Browns were interested in Jadeveon Clowney, but the feeling didn’t appear to be mutual. Trading for Ngakoue makes sense for the Browns, as reports say that they likely inquired with Jacksonville about the edge rusher’s services. The Browns can build a dominant pass rush, even if it’s for one year on the franchise tag. Considering Ngakoue isn’t locked in on the tag, the Browns have all the leverage in trade negotiations.
