Uniform No. 4: Wisconsin Badgers

Unlike Purdue, Wisconsin has not made any major changes to their uniform over the past few seasons. The Badgers are a prime example of a team with a classic uniform that does not need to deviate from tradition.

The mixture of red and white within the Badgers’ uniform is done incredibly well, and none of the colors seem to clash or be misplaced. And the large red “W” that sits on the side of the helmet is an iconic logo.

In fact, the Badgers are so invested in the traditionalism of their uniform that they don’t even use new designs for alternate jerseys.

Before last season, Wisconsin revealed their alternate jersey and it was just a throw back uniform that still had a red jersey and a red logo on the helmet, but in a different style of font that said “UW.”

But if college football does occur this fall, the Badgers will be donning a slightly different uniform that includes a black “W” in support of justice and equality.
