Miami Dolphins slot specialist Albert Wilson has opted out of the 2020 season.

Yesterday, it was Allen Hurns. Today, it’s Albert Wilson. Tua will have to produce magic for the Dolphins to find success next season.

When Wilson is on the field, he can be an extremely exciting player to watch. He has top-end speed and is incredibly tough to tackle in the open field. Last season, he caught 43 passes for 351 yards. He’s an effective slot receiver and would have been a huge asset for Tua in his rookie year.

What will the Dolphins offense look like in 2020?

If there is someone that will benefit from this, it’s DeVante Parker. After a breakout season in 2019, Parker is set to get the majority of targets for a Dolphins team that is lacking options offensively. Last season, Parker totaled 1,202 yards with nine touchdowns and 72 receptions, which were all career highs.

Preston Williams will also look to seize the opportunity this season. He had a promising rookie year in 2019. In only eight games, he caught 32 passes for 428 yards. Standing 6’5”, he has the ability to be one of Miami’s most dangerous red zone threats next season. He caught three touchdowns in his short 2019 season.

The Dolphins will also look to improve upon their league-worst rushing game next season. With the additions of Jordan Howard and Matt Breida, they will be much more dangerous on the ground. While these are big losses for the Dolphins, they will still likely be better than they were last season.

Jamal Adams already looks happier in Seattle. dark. Next
