Scouting Report. UCLA. Pick Analysis. QB. Dorian Thompson-Robinson. 4. player. 836

Thompson-Robinson threw 21 touchdowns against 12 interceptions during his second season as the Bruins starter. He failed to top 200 yards rushing, but his numbers were adversely affected by a poor offensive line. Despite his skinny frame and iffy production, DTR has enough talent to get drafted, but his numbers likely won’t improve if he keeps playing under Chip Kelly. The canceled season gives him an option to leave in search of greener pastures.

Thompson-Robinson might have had some struggles in LA, but Kelly clearly hasn’t been able to work the same magic at UCLA that he was able to do in Oregon. Rather than stick with a program in disarray that would’ve likely finished near the bottom of the conference if a season was to be played, DTR might need to leave UCLA and head to a program with talent around him on offense.
