Tom Brady’s nightmare Bucs debut continues with pick-6

Janoris Jenkins picked off Tom Brady and took it to the house
You’re not in New England anymore, Tawmmy. The 43-year-old Bucs QB has struggled in his debut thus far, failing to properly communicate with his wideouts and looking far from mobile in the pocket. Brady’s regression has reared its ugly head, and while it’s too early to suggest he’s officially done, Tampa Bay must significantly alter their gameplan to make up for TB12’s inefficiencies. At this point in his career, there are several.
Jenkins jumped the route, which is something he does often with varying levels of success. Considering Brady excels in the short passing game, Jenkins made the right bet.
It could be a long day for Brady if the Bucs don’t adjust, and fast
Brady did respond with a touchdown drive, and the Bucs leaned heavily on the run game, showing off a strength of theirs with Ronald Jones and Leonard Fournette. Brady no longer has to “beat you” as he would have at times in New England. Tampa is loaded with talent, and they shouldn’t be afraid to flaunt it.
The Saints secondary is also a strength of their team, with Marshon Lattimore and Jenkins holding it down on the outside. Coming up short against New Orleans isn’t necessarily a knock on Brady, even though it’ll be treated as such should it occur.
