Quarterback: Kyler Murray – Arizona Cardinals (DraftKings price $6,800)

It’s a week to spend slightly up at quarterback but, even at this price point, Murray presents excellent value. He is averaging 30.2 fantasy points per game and is going up against a Detroit Lions team that is 31st in Football Outsiders defensive DVOA. Murray has succeeded against better defenses than that of the Lions in the first two weeks and should put up another hugely productive fantasy performance while taking the Cardinals to 3-0.

Running Back: Miles Sanders – Philadelphia Eagles (DraftKings price $6,100)

Sanders missed Week 1 through injury but received a heavy workload in the Week 2 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, rushing 20 times for 95 yards and a touchdown and catching three of his seven targets for 21.1 fantasy points. His matchup with a Cincinnati Bengals defense surrendering 5.6 yards per carry is an enticing one but it is the prospect of another high target share that makes Sanders such a strong selection.

With Carson Wentz struggling to throw downfield and few Eagles receivers standing out in the opening weeks, the Eagles quarterback will likely lean on Sanders and put him in position to excel catching the ball out of the backfield.
