24. player. 60. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. QB. Minnesota Vikings. Kirk Cousins

2020 stats: 883 yards | 62.0 completion % | 6 TDs | 6 INTs | 8.8 YPA | 49.6 QBR

Last Week: 25

The ranking didn’t change much, but Cousins was much better this week. Granted, Houston’s defense will do that, but Cousins was aggressive. He had nine completions including a touchdown that traveled at least 15 yards. In fact, of his 22 attempts, 14 went past 10 yards. Great job pushing the ball.

53. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 23. player. QB. Cleveland Browns. Baker Mayfield

2020 stats: 729 yards | 62.6 completion % | 7 TDs | 2 INTs | 6.3 YPA | 73.8 QBR

Last Week: 22

The Browns scored 49 points in their win over the Cowboys, but Mayfield wasn’t asked to do much. The No. 1 overall pick notched 165 yards on 5.5 yards per attempt. It’s clear head coach Kevin Stefanski wants to limit Mayfield once the opening script is over, and allow him to win on play-action. It’s a solid strategy.

Jacksonville Jaguars. 22. 52. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. player. QB. Gardner Minshew

2020 stats: 1,138 yards | 72.1 completion % | 8 TDs | 4 INTs | 7.7 YPA | 61.8 QBR

Last Week: 20

Minshew Mania has died down a bit since the first two weeks. On Sunday, the former Washington State star went for 351 yards, but a good chunk came in garbage time. Additionally, and you’re likely sick of hearing about air yards (it’s a huge indicator of QB play compared to others/what’s around them), Minshew rarely stretched the field. Look at the chart.

Cincinnati Bengals. Joe Burrow. 21. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. QB. player. 56

2020 stats: 1,121 yards | 65.5 completion % | 6 TDs | 2 INTs | 6.3 YPA | 53.6 QBR

Last Week: 22

Burrow notched his first NFL win, throwing for 300 yards to defeat Jacksonville. He’s still only completed a single pass over 20 air yards through four games, but his pocket presence and accuracy are impressive. Cincinnati should be happy with the maturation it’s seeing on a weekly basis.

Justin Herbert. 20. 13. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Los Angeles Chargers. QB. player

2020 stats: 931 yards | 72.0 completion % | 5 TDs | 3 INTs | 8.7 YPA | 73.0 QBR

Last Week: 24

Herbert is a stud. Twice on Sunday, the Oregon product stood in against a brutal pass rush and threw beautiful touchdowns deep downfield. He also had a gorgeous back-shoulder fade for six in the second quarter. Herbert has mobility, accuracy, moxie and vision. He’s going to be a star.

QB. Matthew Stafford. 19. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Detroit Lions. 50

2020 stats: 1,017 yards | 60.6 completion % | 8 TDs | 3 INTs | 7.4 YPA | 62.3 QBR

Last Week: 17

Stafford is simply playing average football. For every highlight throw he makes, he misses a receiver or throws into traffic. Detroit had another double-digit lead and again blew it. Stafford isn’t the sole person to lay blame on, but he’s contributing with too many unforced errors.
