FanDuel NFL 2020: Best lineup for Week 5

Quarterback: Josh Allen $8,400

If it’s not broken, do not try to fix it. Josh Allen is getting early buzz as one of the most improved player in the NFL. He had a “down” week against the Las Vegas Raiders, and he still broke 25 points. It was his worst week of the season.

Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, and Dak Prescott are all ahead of him. Prescott is killing it this season, but the Cowboys could go up big on the Giants and he might not even play the second half. Mahomes is obviously great, but saving $600 here for a similar production is key. Jackson is still a little too inconsistent to spend big money on him when Allen is on the board.

Who knows what’s going to come of the Tennessee Titans this week. There are still players recovering from a COVID diagnosis. They were given a surprise week off, and now have to ramp it up after a tough week. The Titans defense then has to pivot from preparing for the Steelers to the very potent Buffalo Bills offense.

Can the Titans keep up with Stefon Diggs, Cole Beasley, and John Brown after a weird week with less conditioning than normal? It just sounds like an impossible task for head coach Mike Vrabel.

It’s more than likely Allen is going to take advantage of another defense this week. These two teams come into this game undefeated, and the Bills are looking to establish themselves every week, so there’s no worries about taking the foot off the gas. Expect Allen to put together a special performance this week.
