Lakers team bus left Quinn Cook at the arena (Video)
Quinn Cook was left behind after the Lakers won Sunday night.
The Los Angeles Lakers are champions once again and did so in the most unique format the NBA has ever seen. That did not stop the team from celebrating properly at Disney World after Sunday’s win.
The team needed to catch a bus out of the arena and something so routine should go smoothly. The only problem is the bus forgot Quinn Cook at the arena. Hilarity ensued as he commented on J.R. Smith‘s Instagram live, telling the bus to turn around. Some of the language is NSFW.
Quinn Cook left behind
It is funny to see Cook’s name pop up on the comments of Smith’s video. He finally realizes what Cook is talking about, but his teammates don’t seem to be too concerned. Everyone was in too good of a mood to do anything but laugh.

Cook should get over this fast as he is now a two-time NBA champion. The 27-year-old won in 2018 with the Golden State Warriors and seems to have found a role on great teams. That is all part of an amazing story that saw Cook go undrafted and spend several years in the G League.
His hard work has paid off and being left behind by the bus is another fun tidbit to go along with his career journey up to this point.
Any championship story is filled with countless tales that add to the drama. Smith getting another ring speaks to that and the same is true for the formerly undrafted Cook.
Now the Lakers have a hilarious story that will likely be referenced as long as Cook remains in town. The team will have to start counting heads like a school field trip so he doesn’t have to resort to Instagram to be rescued.
