Running Back: Chris Carson $7,600

The running backs in the $7,000 range are very interesting this week. Mike Davis, Kareem Hunt, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, and Joe Mixon all have the ability to score a ton of points on any given week.

However, Chris Carson is the one who has proven that even on a “bad week,” he can get in the 15 point range. Davis was another one in the same boat, but he was absolutely silenced against the Chicago Bears last week. There are worries that could lead to a blueprint on how to stop him.

The Seattle Seahawks are coming off their bye week. Now that they are fully rested, they prepare for an Arizona Cardinals team looking to make a statement. The Seahawks are used to this, but this Cardinals team might not be as good as some hoped. Seattle has to just stay smart on offense and it will lead to a win. Giving the ball to Carson early and often is the smart choice.

The Cardinals are also coming off a short week, although that seems to be the norm this season. They are taking on the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night. They are taking on high-powered offenses on back to back weeks. It will be quite the six-day stretch for the Cards.

Carson has a chance to really put together a good day here. If the Seahawks commit to the run, he can score multiple touchdowns and get a ton of yards. It will be a big day for Carson, leading to an amazing middle-tier option.
