College football DFS picks October 30: Get the gold with Goldy

College football DFS running back picks October 30:
Top Tier:
Mohamed Ibrahim just ran for 140 and a pair of touchdowns on the Michigan defense, so no, I’m not worried about price or production. The only thing that worries me is the impending blowout. Ibrahim may not play in the fourth quarter, but I still think he does enough damage before exiting to make him worth using.
Xazavian Valladay is a nice consolation prize. He caught seven passes in the opener despite catching just 11 all of last season. His involvement in the passing game now raises the floor. It also means that he wont be the forgotten man even if Hawaii gets a big lead.
Middle Tier:
There’s a lot going on in that Hawaii backfield, namely that Cordeiro is running more. However, Miles Reed also eclipsed the century mark last weekend, but he did have a couple of touchdowns poached. The ceiling is low, but the volume makes Reed a solid play still.
You can forget about T.K. Wilkerson. Even if he’s healthy, he’s not unseating Deneric Prince. The Texas A&M transfer went for 109 and a pair of touchdowns last weekend on a better defense. There is very nice upside for Prince at this price.
Bargain Shoppers:
Calvin Turner had far less carries than Reed, but he’s the one that scored the two touchdowns. Turner appears to be the goal line back, but he is very touchdown dependent. Use with care.
Even though Ahlers is back, I think we could see ECU try to run more. Rahjai Harris put up back-to-back 100 yard games with Ahlers out. Tulsa has a tough run defense, but Harris has a nice ceiling for the price. The floor is also a trapdoor.
Maryland needs to keep the game close for Jake Funk to have any chance at a solid game. That seems unlikely, but a starting RB for $4,700 is worth considering if you need salary relief.
