Outside of All-Pro center Jason Kelce, the Eagles have had one of the worst offensive lines in the league due to injuries, and that lack of depth has led to Carson Wentz getting hit more than any other quarterback in the league. While the likes of Jordan Mailata have performed admirably at left tackle given the circumstances, the interior of the offensive line has been the biggest sieve, and Philly needs to fix this up ASAP. With one starter in left guard Isaac Seumalo returning from injury soon, Kline could fill a starting role at right guard.

Kline was a cap casualty last season in Minnesota, but he’s been a very reliable starter at guard for both the Vikings and Tennessee Titans over the last four seasons. After getting his start in New England, Kline has started 73 games since 2015, a testament to his durability.

The Eagles need more line help, and there isn’t a Hall of Fame guard that’s twiddling his thumbs at home on the free agent market right now. Kline is without question the best interior lineman that is up for grabs on the market, and he could instantly assume a starting role while cutting down on the number of times the skittish Wentz gets pressured.
