3. Gonzaga Bulldogs

The brand of Gonzaga basketball has increased significantly over the past two decades. The Bulldogs have risen from mid-major powerhouse to national title contender thanks to tremendous success under Mark Few.

There is no question that the Zags would have been a title threat last March but now their roster could be even stronger. The return of Corey Kispert should prove to be massive as he will be one of the favorites to win the WCC’s Player of the Year award.

Gonzaga also has a star freshman coming on board in guard Jalen Suggs, who should start right away. The presence of Drew Timme and Oumar Ballo in the frontcourt is also important since the Bulldogs can beat you in multiple ways.

There are also plenty of marquee matchups for Gonzaga in the non-conference season, including games against Baylor, Auburn and Kansas. Make sure you find some time to catch the Bulldogs since they could be positioned for a deep run in March once again.
