College football DFS quarterback picks November 19:

Top Tier:

I understand why Levi Williams is the highest priced quarterback on the slate, but that doesn’t mean I’ll pay for him. The rushing upside is palpable against Utah State, but keep in mind that the Aggies practice against that all week. I’ll ride Zach Smith, who was pure money against SMU. He’ll have a rougher go of it against Tulane, but Smith seems to have turned a corner here.

Middle Tier:

Speaking of turning a corner, that’s exactly what the Tulane offense did when they turned to Michael Pratt at quarterback. I’m nervous about using a true freshman against a defense like Tulsa, but the upside is enough and the price is right to at least consider it.

Bargain Shoppers:

As of now, Utah transfer Jason Shelley has been dismissed from the Utah State program. That means Andrew Peasley should inherit the starting job. I don’t know that I would rush to use him though. Peasley has been action in all three games, but he has only completed six of 16 passes with a long of eight yards. That’s not a typo. Eight freaking yards! His running ability is the reason to use him, but Wyoming’s defense is better against the run. I have no issues with a GPP dart here, but there’s a lot of risk involved.
