Bridgewater is quietly having a very nice season in Carolina. Is he elite? No. But with Robby Anderson and D.J. Moore flanking him, Bridgewater is taking more deep shots (although not Sunday against Minnesota), staying accurate and largely avoiding bad turnovers.

Cousins ranking right in the middle is peak Cousins. He’s a good quarterback who can vacillate between being excellent and awful depending on the week. Against Carolina, the former Michigan State star was terrific, going 34-of-45 for 307 yards and three touchdowns. He was also 13-of-19 with two touchdowns on passes of 10+ air yards.

Normally, you don’t see such movement on this point in the campaign, but two interceptions — including a game-altering pick-six — forces the move. Goff is built to win on play-action and with quick throws. When those aren’t flowing, he’s in major trouble. Against San Francisco, he completed one pass of 10+ air yards.
