Destyn Hill. 21. player. 804. . WR. Seminoles

  • High School: Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA)
  • Composite Rankings: No. 113, No. 19 WR

New Orleans product Destyn Hill is a four-star recruit that remains uncommitted. The 6-foot, 200-pound receiver had a penchant for productivity in his high school career that could translate to Saturdays.

His combination of size and speed will make him a perfect vertical threat for the right offense. The consensus is that Florida State is where Hill will end up and it doesn’t really seem particularly close either.

Under new head coach Mike Norvell, the Seminoles are hoping to develop a dynamic passing attack as they try to regain prominence. Florida State already has one commit at the position and adding another big-time recruit at the spot would be a step in the right direction.

Hill is an instinctual receiver that can be lined up just about anywhere and Norvell will have some flexibility using him if he indeed commits to the Seminoles. Florida State also has to contend with Alabama, Florida and LSU.

The Crimson Tide have produced plenty of top-flight receivers and Hill would be hard-pressed to turn them down. Still, the wind seems to be blowing toward Tallahassee at the moment.

Prediction: Florida State
