Cousins has played much better over the past two months, helping Minnesota get into the playoff conversation after a hideous start. Against the Buccaneers, he consistently moved the Vikings into scoring range, only to watch kicker Dan Bailey miss three field goals and an extra point.
2020 stats: 3,660 yards | 63.7 completion % | 19 TDs | 11 INTs | 7.3 YPA | 63.1 QBR

Let’s be frank: Ryan has stunk for weeks now. Over the past four games, Ryan has thrown four touchdowns and six interceptions, and not once has posted a QBR of 42 or better. Atlanta is 1-3 in said stretch, and now the Falcons finish the year with the Buccaneers at home before two road games against Kansas City and Tampa Bay. Good luck.
2020 stats: 3,292 yards | 66.2 completion % | 29 TDs | 9 INTs | 6.3 YPA | 63.5 QBR

The Steelers have to ask Roethlisberger to throw far more intermediate routes. If he can’t do it, they’re sunk. If he doesn’t try, they’re sunk anyway. Pittsburgh needs more from Roethlisberger, who attempted 37 passes on Sunday night and saw nine travels 10+ air yards. It’s a joke.
2020 stats: 2,785 yards | 62.7 completion % | 23 TDs | 8 INTs | 7.5 YPA | 70.5 QBR

Mayfield was the loser on Monday, but he went down in epic fashion. The Browns needed him to orchestrate one touchdown drive after the next and he came through. There were rough moments including his interception in the third quarter, but Mayfield acquitted himself very well in a huge game.
2020 stats: 2,218 yards | 63.8 completion % | 18 TDs | 7 INTs | 7.0 YPA | 63.5 QBR

The passing numbers are pedestrian. After all, Jackson only threw for 163 yards and a touchdown. Still, despite cramps he went for 124 rushing yards and two scores. Jackson’s arm doesn’t scare anybody, but he can motor. And, in the end, he made the big plays to pull out a massive win.
