AFC East. . Pick Analysis. Miami Dolphins. 3.. player. 59. Scouting Report

The Dolphins have built a playoff contender in Brian Flores’ second season, with 10 or 11 wins depending on Week 17’s result. They spent aggressively last offseason, turning the defense into a top-tier unit and bolstering the offensive line. This offseason, with over $32 million in cap space, two first-round picks and two second-round picks, it looks like time to address the skill talent around quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

DeVante Parker has had a down year in 2020, but he is a good receiver. But after him there’s a bunch of questions, from injury concerns (Preston Williams) to guys that are more gadget guys (Jakeem Grant, Lynn Bowden, Malcolm Perry) to returns from opt-outs (Allen Hurns, Albert Wilson).

With the Patriots reeling but probably ready to turn things around quickly, the Dolphins have an opportunity to strike again this offseason and add more talent. Turning some draft pick assets into a legit No. 1 wide receiver like Jones might be on the radar. Frankly there’s case for Miami to be No. 1 on this list, but I can’t quite get there.
