Chicago Bears wide receiver Allen Robinson is flirting with the Jets in his Twitter likes.
As the New York Jets prepare for a new regime under former 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh, it seems as though Chicago Bears wide receiver Allen Robinson may want to be Gang Green. As one of the top free-agent wide receivers in the league, the 27-year-old liked a few tweets in reference to the Jets and their new head coach’s mantra, stated in his introductory press conference.
Robert Saleh: “Get used to the mantra: All gas. No brake."

Despite the fact that we still don’t know who the starting quarterback of the New York Jets will be next season, Allen Robinson’s interest is certainly intriguing. The wideout also liked a tweet in which Richard Sherman was encouraging current Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson to take his talents to New York. Rumors have started to swirl around a possible trade to make it happen.

How would Allen Robinson fit with the Jets next season?
Allen Robinson has posted some impressive numbers in the last few seasons, eclipsing the 1000-yard milestone in each of the last two and averaging 8.3 yards per target this season.
With the No. 2 pick in this season’s draft, the Jets can go after a franchise quarterback to help Robert Saleh turn the tide. A receiver like Robinson showing interest in the Jets could certainly influence their decision-making and whether it not they decide to keep that pick.
As for Allen Robinson, we can all deduce that his time in Chicago is coming to an end. He’ll be hitting the market with the likes of other talented receivers including Chris Godwin and Will Fuller V.
