NFL veteran J.J. Watt has announced that he is signing with the Arizona Cardinals and the Twitter reactions have started to pour in.
Surprise, surprise. J.J. Watt has officially announced his landing spot and has signed a two-year contract with the Arizona Cardinals.
The 10-year veteran was released by the Houston Texans last month and trade rumors have been swirling ever since. The coveted pass rusher wanted to continue his career with a new team that would be able to not only pay him his worth but help him contend for a Super Bowl ring.
Earlier, we thought he may have announced his three free agency finalists via a Peloton bio, but now it seems that none of that matters. The star quickly shut that rumor down.

This is a bombshell for sure. The Cardinals hadn’t been talked about very much in free agency rumors for the three-time Defensive Player of the Year but it seems like they were clearly getting work done behind the scenes.
The Cardinals have to be happy to have landed Watt and took to Twitter to announce the terms of their deal with him.
