Chiefs Twitter account blasts Chargers and Raiders with hilarious comeback
The Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders tried trolling the Kansas City Chiefs and that proved to be a giant mistake.
Not only are the Kansas City Chiefs one of the most dominant teams in the NFL on the field, but they’ve been known to take teams down on social media as well. Unfortunately for the Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders, they’ve found that out the hard way.
Both squads tried trolling the Chiefs on Twitter earlier this week, reminding Kansas City of the times they went to Arrowhead Stadium to pull off upset wins. Well, the Chiefs responded in the best way possible, putting their AFC West rivals in their place.
The Chiefs shutting down the Raiders and Chargers on Twitter is epic
Did the Chargers and Raiders social media teams really think they’d be able to get away with this? Kansas City has been too busy winning a Super Bowl and two AFC Championships in the past two seasons. Yet, the Chargers had to bring up the time they won 29-28 in December of 2018? Give us a break.
As for the Raiders, yes, they upset Kansas City at Arrowhead Stadium this past season, but that was the highlight of their campaign. This past season, Las Vegas once again missed the postseason with Jon Gruden as head coach. Oh, but they beat the Chiefs in October, so that alone should make the fans happy. Nope, no chance.
While the thought of trolling Kansas City may have seemed like a good idea at the time, it’s proven to be massive mistake by both organizations. The Chiefs have solidified themselves as the best team in the AFC. Until the Raiders and Chargers can make some noise in January, it might be smart for them to just be quiet on Twitter.
