3. Dallas has a top-five offense

Even if you are the biggest anti-Cowboys fan on the planet, you’d be hard-pressed to deny just how many playmakers this team has on the offense.

Prescott and Elliott have been discussed, but the others who have not been touched on yet are Pro Bowl receiver Amari Cooper, someone who appears to be a future Pro Bowler in CeeDee Lamb, one of the more underrated wideouts in the league with Michael Gallup, and a solid duo at tight end consisting of Blake Jarwin and Dalton Schultz.

Imagine if those Kyle Pitts rumblings get louder and come true on draft night?

Even without Pitts, this offense should fall within that top-five category. Last year the team scored 395 points, which was 17th in the league. Considering Prescott played just five games, that is not terrible.

In the five games Prescott did play in, the Cowboys scored 17, 40, 31, 38, and 37. The 37 came in the game which Prescott got hurt in. However, this offense looked elite with him before he was injured. He gathered 1,856 yards with nine touchdown throws while completing 68 percent of his passes. With his feet, he scored three times and even had a touchdown reception.

Without Prescott, the offense somewhat sputtered. This unit tallied 30+ four more times after he was sidelined. Essentially, most of this offense is filled out. Prescott returning healthy seems to be the final piece.

With Prescott, this offense showed how dominant it can be and how easily it can score. Now that he is back, a top-five unit should be the expectation with all the potential stars scattered around this group.
