A Minnesota fan was hit in the face on a wide shot by midfielder Emanuel Reynoso during Saturday’s game against Austin.
When attending a sporting event, it is pivotal to keep your eyes on the game, because you may never know when the game ball might fly into the stands. Unfortunately, that is what happened during an MLS game between Minnesota United FC and Austin FC.
At the 53-minute mark of the contest, Minnesota United midfielder Emanuel Reynoso took a pass and attempted a shot on goal. The kick went over the goal post and hit a Minnesota United fan sitting in the stands located behind the net at Allianz Field.

Here’s hoping that the man is okay and did not suffer an injury.
As for the match, Austin went on to win 1-0 following a goal from midfielder Diego Fagundez at the 17-minute mark.
