2. Dede Westbrook

After oddly being a healthy scratch early last season with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Westbrook suffered a torn ACL on a kickoff return in Week 7. The ill-timed injury, in a contract year, has kept him available as the calendar has flipped to June. But all indications are he’ll be ready to go by August, and teams have been interested (Chiefs, Vikings, 49ers).

In 2018 and 2019, Westbrook had seasons that were carbon copies in terms of targets (101) and catches (66). He topped 650 receiving yards in both campaigns, with a total of eight touchdowns  over 31 games.

Assuming he’s healthy, Westbrook is a serviceable starting-caliber receiver. That’s really all the Packers need from a No. 2/No. 3 wideout with rookie Amari Rodgers in the mix too. Packers’ offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett had the same job in Jacksonville from 2016-2018, overlapping with Westbrook’s first two seasons, so there’s a tie there to possibly drive interest.
