Bears quarterback Justin Fields training with Packers rival Jordan Love
Despite being division rivals, Bears QB Justin Fields and Packers QB Jordan Love are all for getting each other better before the NFL season begins.
Justin Fields and Jordan Love are heading into training camp in two different situations about their Week 1 status. Fields is the clear backup for the Chicago Bears, as head coach Matt Nagy has committed to Andy Dalton as their Week 1 starter. Love is preparing as if he could be the Week 1 starter because of the Aaron Rodgers drama surrounding the Green Bay Packers.
The two quarterbacks might enter the season as division rivals, but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t taking the offseason to help each other improve.

The NFC North features some of the fiercest rivalries in football, and one of them is the Bears vs. the Packers. They’ve battled each other for over 100 years, with many memorable encounters. However, Fields and Love won’t let their teams’ rivalry keep them from working out together.

Fields and Love were recorded working out together, putting their alliances aside to get better. Another face was seen working out the two signal-callers. Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson was training with the Fields and Love also. Watson has been quiet in recent months after 22 women accused him of sexual assault, along with his public trade request from the Texans.
Fields and Love hitting the field together might be tough for diehard fans of the Packers/Bears rivalry to see. However, if this workout results in successful stints with their teams, Green Bay and Chicago followers will have to eat this awkward moment in their long and tense history as enemies.
